Confined Space 1 & 2

Confined spaces can be dangerous, especially when not identified. Working in spaces not meant for human occupancy, potential hazardous chemicals with limited access/egress can individually cause hazards. When these three factors are combined, they can be deadly. This course provides knowledge to recognize confined spaces and have the understanding of the hazardous conditions of confined spaces. You will learn how to access the changing safety conditions of a confined work space, how to prepare yourself and your team for entry, safe workplace procedures, monitoring and much more.

Forklift (Industrial Lift Truck)

Forklift also known as a counter balance forklift. This course will certify you 1-7 from a warehouse forklift all the way to a level 7 telehandler. This course will leave you and your employees with the knowledge and confidence to use the following forklifts: counter balance, rough terrain/ telehandler, and multiple warehouse lifts and industrial trucks. This course will go through 1 to 7 levels of all
forklift types. This covers the safe operation of this machine and inspection. We welcome newbies, and recertifications to this course, while keeping the content
engaging.

Telehandler/Zoom Boom/Rough Terrain Forklift

Telehandler is often known as a rough terrain forklift “RTFL”, and zoom booms fall under
our industrial truck training program. This program will cover level 1-7 of industrial forklift.
This course provides students with essential knowledge of telehandler operation, maintenance, and load handling, while complying with relevant workplace regulations. It covers safety awareness, components of a telehandler, pre-use inspection, and proper
operation. The goal is to equip students with the skills needed to operate telehandlers safely and effectively, while adhering to legislative requirements.

Mobile Elevated Work Platforms (Boom Lift & Scissor Lift)

Interested in developing and learning safe operation of mobile elevated work platforms? MEWPs are widely used in the industry, requiring training on safe use and knowledge of
associated hazards such as falls, tipping, live wire contact, and proper procedures for scissor lifts and boom lifts. This program deepens understanding of MEWPs or expands existing knowledge, applicable to operators including plumbers, electricians, steel
workers, warehouse workers, construction workers, and inspectors. In this course we develop the skills and knowledge to safely use boom lifts and scissor
lifts. You will learn how to operate a variety of different lifts. The knowledge you will learn includes pre-operation inspection, directional control of equipment, rescue auxiliary, fueling, and safe use.

Part 13 MEWP Division 5 moveable work platform

Skid Steer

Due to the Skid Steers power, this machine has a variety of functions. The purpose of this course is to teach operators how to safely use and understand maintenance requirements.
In this course we develop the skills and knowledge about proper safety use of a Skid Steer. You will leave with the confidence to perform safe startup procedures, load safety and management, safely turning and backing up. You will be able to perform daily safety inspections, and the confidence to transport a load.

Front End Loader

This course provides students with a basic understanding of wheel loader operation, maintenance, and load handling. It covers relevant federal and provincial legislative
requirements and focuses on the following key areas: safety regulations, types of front end loaders, components and functions, & safe operation including ensuring stability,
avoiding overloading and improper loading, maneuvering safely, handling slide slopes
and grades, workplace hazard assessment, bucket filling and dumping techniques,
digging, leveling, undercutting, and proper start-up and shut-down procedures.
